Our mission is 

- to work on the determination of medium and long-term strategies and policies of our university,

- to fulfill the tasks regarding the preparation of strategic plan and performance program and the consolidation of the results,

- to prepare the budget of the university in accordance with the strategic plan and annual performance program and to monitor and evaluate the compliance of the activities of the administration with them,

- to establish the internal control system,

- to carry out and finalize our university’s financial works and transactions that need to be followed in an effective, economic and efficient way.
