ACCOUNTING, FINAL ACCOUNT and REPORTING UNIT

The unit is responsible for:

- making all kinds of payment, transfer and escrow transactions concerning accounting transactions,

- carrying out cash desk and banking transactions,

- making personal debt transactions,

- following and collecting the revenues and receivables,

- carrying out month-end and year-end transactions concerning financial transactions and keeping book accounts and documents related to them.

- making transactions for receiving, storing, giving and sending escrows through money and monetary values,

- carrying out the controls required by the legislation on the “Payment Order Document” and its annexed documents,

- giving members to tender commissions, - archiving all kinds of documents related to accounting transactions and enabling them to get ready for audit.

ACCOUNTING OFFICER 

Accounting Officer is in charge of the following duties:

- collecting the revenues and receivables according to the relevant regulation; payment of expenses to beneficiaries and receiving and storing the escrow with monetary values and giving or sending them to the authorities and recording all other financial transactions. The accounting officer is responsible for providing these services and keeping the accounting records duly, transparently and accessibly,

- giving the necessary information and reports regularly to the public administrations,

- After checking and confirming the conformity of the amounts shown in the Expenditure Unit Movable Management Account Chart prepared by the expenditure units with the accounting records, sending them to the expenditure officer.

- After examining and confirming the Expenditure Unit Movable Management Account Chart, the basis of which is prepared by the expenditure units in compliance with the documents, of the accounting records related to the movable transactions, giving them to the expenditure officer.
